Where it helps

Quick lookups of stock, overdue invoices or open orders, without waiting for a report.

Where to be careful

  • Permissions. An assistant should only show what the person could already see.
  • Accuracy. Compare answers with a standard report during the first weeks.
  • Records. Keep a log of questions and answers for audit.

Ask your partner to show the assistant answering a question it cannot answer, and how it says so.
