Terms of Service

By using SARVO (the “site”) you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use SARVO for a company, you confirm you are authorised to act for it. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

SARVO is a directory. We help businesses discover and compare technology implementation companies. We are not a party to any agreement between a buyer and a company, we do not guarantee any company's work, and we do not recommend one company over another unless clearly labelled.

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• Do not claim certifications, partnership levels, awards or customers you do not have. Listing a technology does not claim an authorised OEM partnership.
• Only upload a logo and content you have the right to use.
• Registering does not guarantee publication. We review listings and may edit, reject, unpublish or remove any listing.

A Verified badge appears only after a SARVO administrator has reviewed the company against our checks. It is a statement about the review we carried out, not a guarantee of quality. Featured placement, where offered, is labelled and is not a verification. By default, listings show Verified companies first, then Featured companies, then the most recently added. We may remove a badge if information proves wrong.

Reviews must describe a genuine experience, be honest and be free of abuse, personal data and false claims. Companies must not post reviews about themselves or pay for reviews. We moderate before publishing and may remove content that breaks these rules. Only published reviews count towards a rating.

Case studies must be real projects described accurately, and published with the client's permission where needed.

When you request an introduction, your request goes to SARVO first. We review it and may then introduce you to the company, and you agree that SARVO and the company can contact you about it. Do not send spam, malicious files or other people's data. Companies must use introductions only to respond to the request and must not add buyers to marketing lists without consent.

• No scraping, automated bulk access or attempts to disrupt or probe the site.
• No impersonation, fake listings or misleading content.
• No attempts to access admin areas or other users' data.

You keep ownership of what you submit. You give SARVO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display and promote it on the site and in search results for as long as it is listed. SARVO's name, design and code belong to us. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners and appear only to identify technologies and companies.

The site and its content are provided “as is”. Information comes mostly from companies themselves, and we cannot promise it is complete or error-free. Please do your own checks before hiring a company. To the extent the law allows, SARVO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for disputes between users, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the last 12 months, or ₹10,000 if you paid nothing.

We may suspend or remove accounts, listings or content that break these terms. To report inaccurate information or request a correction or removal, use “Report inaccurate information” on a profile or write to support@joinsarvo.org.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have. We may update these terms and will show the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
