Privacy Policy

SARVO (“we”, “us”) is an online directory that helps businesses find enterprise technology implementation partners and helps those partners be found. This policy explains what personal data we handle and why. Where Indian law applies, we act as the data fiduciary under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

When you register a company: company name, website, business email, phone, contact person, city, technologies, services, description and an optional logo.

When you request an introduction: your name, company, business email, optional phone and your message.

When you write a review: your name, company, the review text and rating.

Automatically: basic technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security and reliability. We also record administrator actions (for example verifying a company) in an audit log.

We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or passwords from visitors.

• To publish and moderate company profiles, case studies and reviews.
• To review your request and, after review, introduce you to the company you chose or to companies that match your requirement.
• To prevent spam and abuse, keep the service secure, and fix problems.
• To respond to you and to meet legal obligations.

Company profile details are public. Anything you put on a company profile (name, description, city, technologies, logo and similar) can be seen by anyone and indexed by search engines.

Introduction requests go to SARVO administrators first. After review, SARVO shares your details with the company it introduces you to.

Reviews are shown with your name and company once published. Tell us if you want one removed.

Service providers process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (Vercel) and our database provider (Neon). They may store data outside India. We do not sell personal data.

We may disclose data when the law requires it or to protect our users and the service.

We use only what the site needs: a small preference in your browser that remembers your light or dark theme, and a secure session cookie for administrators. We do not run advertising trackers. If we add analytics later, we will update this page.

We keep company profiles while they are listed and for a reasonable period afterwards. Introduction requests and logs are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as the law requires. Removed companies are soft-deleted first and can be permanently erased on request.

You can ask us to access, correct or erase your personal data, to withdraw consent, or to nominate someone to act for you. Companies can edit or remove their listing by writing to us.

Email support@joinsarvo.org. We will reply within a reasonable time and, for complaints, within the period the law sets. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We use encrypted connections, restrict administrator access behind a signed session, and limit what each part of the system can do. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not put sensitive information in free-text fields.

SARVO is a business service and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy. See also the Terms of Service.
