Zoho previewed Zia Agents on 5 February 2025: pre-built, task-specific AI agents including an Account Manager Agent, an SDR Agent, an HR Agent, a Customer Support Agent, an IT Help Desk Agent and a SalesCoach Agent. Zia Agent Studio lets customers and partners build their own, and agents can be shared through an Agent Marketplace.
What it means in practice
Agents can be called through Ask Zia across Zoho's products. Zoho said access would open first to a limited set of customers and expand month by month, so check what is live for your account today.
