Ask three partners for a Zoho CRM quote and you may get three very different numbers. That is normal: the price follows the work, and the work depends on your business. This guide explains the factors behind a quote so you can compare like with like.

We do not publish price ranges here, because they change and depend on scope. Ask each partner for a written, itemised quote.

The main cost drivers

1. Number of users and roles. More teams means more roles, permissions and training.

2. Process complexity. A simple lead-to-deal flow is quick. Approvals, quotes, multiple pipelines and territories take longer.

3. Data migration. Cleaning and importing contacts, accounts and deals from spreadsheets or another CRM can be a large part of the project.

4. Integrations. Connecting email, WhatsApp, telephony, accounting, websites or your ERP adds build and test time.

5. Customisation. Custom modules, scripts and extensions cost more than configuration alone.

6. Reports and dashboards. Basic reports are fast. Management dashboards built to your numbers take design time.

7. Training and adoption. Sessions, guides and a go-live period after launch protect your investment.

8. Support after launch. Some partners include a fixed period of support. Others charge by the hour or by a yearly plan.

Do not forget the licence

The Zoho subscription is separate from the implementation fee. Check the current plans on the official pricing page.

How to compare quotes

  • Ask each partner to list what is included and what is not.
  • Check how many days of work are planned and by whom.
  • Ask how changes to scope are handled and priced.
  • Ask for two references from similar companies.

A simple way to start

Begin with the smallest set of features that solves your biggest problem, then add more in later phases. It lowers the risk and the first bill.

FAQ

Is the cheapest quote the best? Not usually. A low quote may leave out migration, training or support that you will pay for later.

How long does an implementation take? It depends on scope. A focused setup can be quick, while multi-team projects take longer. Ask for a plan with dates.
