The Unified Logistics Interface Platform, or ULIP, is an open-source platform built through NICDC's Logistics Data Bank project and aligned with PM GatiShakti.
What it offers
According to an explainer, it links more than 30 logistics systems from seven ministries or departments, with about 1,600 fields served through 102 APIs. Core data sets include the e-way bill, FASTag and the Vahan and Sarathi vehicle and driver records.
For buyers
If you run a transport management system or an ERP with a logistics module, ask the vendor which ULIP data they already use and which they plan to add. Ask for a live demo using your own vehicles, not slides.
